A Control Center, also known as C5 or C4, remains in operation 24/7 under strict rules and procedures to react immediately to any alarm, emergency or event.

Each Control Center or Room is made up of several Systems such as:
- Video wall to deploy computer and video signals
- Consoles for operators on 24/7 shifts
- Crisis Rooms and Boardrooms Equipped with the latest in A/V technology
- MDF & IDF where the servers are located
- Collaboration to send and receive data, video and audio in different rooms, centers or video walls
- CCTV with indoor and outdoor cameras with different capabilities
- Physical Security , biometric readers, etc.
