Automation

Automation is the component that will achieve centralized control over all the equipment installed in a Boardroom , a Monitoring Center , a C4 or any audiovisual space . Thanks to automation, we are freed from all the different remote controls for the different brands installed and we bring together the functionality of each of them on a touch screen, with the menus and design that the user requires to be able to have total control in a single device.

The objective is to control all the equipment with a touch screen, being able to raise and lower the audio levels, turn on or off screens , air conditioning, lighting, curtains, etc. Automation will allow us to send the image from a camera, a PC, or a Blu-Ray to a video wall or a particular screen, calling up scenarios that were predefined at the time of programming this automation .

Audio

Audio

An Automation System will allow us to control all the Audio equipment located in a Boardroom , Monitoring Center or C4 , thus freeing these places from remote controls and cables that can get lost, get in the way, or visually contaminate a space.

All the equipment that makes up an Audio System can be controlled by different devices such as tablets, touch screens, smartphones, etc. Different scenarios can be designed for video conferencing, presentations, training, etc. The main objective of Automating an Audi System will be to lower and raise volume levels, turn equipment on or off, route different existing audio signals, turn microphones on and off, adjust microphone volume, etc.

With us you can find a wide range of products for Audio Automation such as: push-button panels, microphones, speakers, mixers, amplifiers, loudspeakers, conference and video conference systems, simultaneous translation systems, etc.

Video Automation

Video Automation

Video automation is a component that will allow us to have centralized control over all the display equipment in different spaces.

Using a device such as a touch screen, touch panel or cell phone, you can have full control of the different equipment that make up a Visualization System located in 1 or more sites; thus freeing us from remote controls, cables and other components that can get in the way or generate visual contamination or can even get lost.

Any space with A/V equipment can be automated such as: Boardrooms , Media Rooms, Executive Rooms, Auditoriums, Smart Classrooms, Monitoring Centers , C5's, C4's, etc.

Rooms Section

Rooms Section

Nowadays, corporations have multiple meeting rooms for employees to hold their meetings. As the number of meetings increases, the need arises for these to be scheduled on a calendar. Grupo Covix integrates solutions for Meeting Room Reservations , through which a user can reserve a room from a Web browser, ensuring that the room remains reserved.

This system is complemented by a small screen installed outside the room, which displays the status of the room, as well as the person for whom it is reserved, if applicable. The screen can be touch-screen, so that the person interacting with it can obtain more information about the room or the meeting, as long as their user privileges allow it. Brands such as Crestron, AMX and Kramer, specialized in automation and control of meeting rooms, include in their product catalog the Room Reservation Systems with the intention of achieving total automation not only of Audio and Video, but also of the management of room reservations.

Lightning

The lighting automation in Digital Workplaces, Smart Meeting Rooms , Multipurpose Rooms, Crisis Rooms , Auditoriums, Monitoring Centers , etc., play a key role in creating an adaptable and efficient environment for meetings. With Smart lights can be used to adjust the intensity and color of the lighting depending on the type of activity: from formal presentations with bright lighting to strategic discussions that require a softer, more relaxed light. These settings can be scheduled or activated remotely, providing a personalized experience without the need for manual interventions.

In addition, lighting automation can be integrated with presence sensors and voice control systems , allowing lights to be automatically turned on or off based on room occupancy. This not only improves the energy efficiency by avoiding wasting electricity, but also helps maintain focus on meetings by eliminating distractions related to manually controlling lights. The possibility of creating predefined lighting scenarios ensures that the environment is always suitable for each type of meeting, improving the productivity and well-being of attendees.
