Our Staff

Covix Group has an installed base of more than 300 Monitoring Centers , in addition to hundreds of Meeting Rooms , all of them equipped with cutting-edge technology. Servicing and maintaining these facilities requires specialized personnel who are always on the lookout for any emergency that may arise. To properly coordinate these services, our Operations Department has 3 coordinations:

• Facilities Coordination
• Coordination of Services
• Systems and Programming

More than half of our staff are technicians trained in their area of expertise. This ensures that we provide the level of service that our main customers demand every day.
